University English Teacher in Zhengzhou
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for experienced teachers who are dynamic and open-minded with a passion for education, interested in providing fun and interactive lessons to our students to improve their speaking, listening, and writing skills rapidly.
Responsibilities
• Teaching college students’ speaking, listening, and writing in English.
• Participate in teaching research activities.
• Participate in school official competitions of English.
Requirements to teach in China:
• Speaks English at an Idiomatic level.
• Degree: BA or above (Education, linguistics or English degree given top priority).
• Experience: TEFL / other teaching certificate OR 2 years teaching experience required.
• Relocate: Must be willing to relocate to China.
Note: Native English speakers only
Position Details:
• Student age range: 18-22 years old.
• Class size: 40 to 60 students per class.
• Class length: 45 minutes per class.
• Working Hours: 20 teaching hours per week, from Monday to Friday 8 am to 6pm.
• Curriculum: There are appointed teaching materials by international college of the school.
Your compensation will include:
• Base Salary: USD 1700 (12000 RMB) after tax.
• Housing: Provided apartment.
Additional Payments:
• Flight: One way to China.
• Visa: Sponsored legal Z Work Visa.
• Arrival: Airport Pickup assistance.
• On boarding: Ground service assistance.
• Airfare Bonus: Return ticket can be provided once contract full filled.
• Insurance: Accident Insurance.
• Public Holiday: Chinese public holidays and December 25th paid off.
• Annual Holiday: Paid summer holidays (around 2 months) and winter holidays (around 1 month).
• Sick Leave: Paid sick leave 3 days per year.
