Business Development Representative

Responsibilities
1-Explore new sales channels for the core business products and services in Personnel Management and Compensation & Benefits outsourcing.
2-Utilize available sales support resources to meet or maximize the sales quotas
3-Maintain existing business
4-Conduct market survey, analysis, and marketing-related activities
5-Manage key customers and promote long-term business cooperation and partnerships.
Qualifications
1-Excellent English or Japanese speaking foreigner, or someone with the background of one-belt- one-road countries.
2-Bachelor Degree required, MBA is a plus.
3-At least 2 years of sales, marketing or business development experiences in the fields of business consulting required.
4-HR knowledge or related industry experience preferred.
5-Good interpersonal/analytical skills.
6-Successful sales track of record, good negotiation skills, effective selling and presentation skills.
7-Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
