Job responsibilities:
- Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
- Achieve targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth
- Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets
- Identify, develop a targeted list of key accounts
- Prospect potential clients using various channels (Cold calls, networking, meetings, and etc.)
- Maintain customer satisfaction through strong Account Management and Implementation skills
- Participate actively in our marketing activities (trade shows, promotional events)
- Act as an ambassador and role model for your business
Requirements:
· Excellent sales, presentation and negotiation skills
· Good business sense with an in-depth understanding of solution and consultative selling
· Ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team
· Team player and self-motivated
