About us:
Urban Planning & Architectural Design Institute of FD University, established in 1984, is an important base for development of academy-industry collaboration.has a coverage of National Certificates including Class A on urban-rural planning, Class A on architecture design and Class B on municipal design. It is entitled as the vice chairman of Urban Planning Society of Shanghai and the executive member of Shanghai Urban Planning Trade Association.
In recent years, with the support of FD University, with its urban planning and development research center, has accomplished over 200 large and medium-scaled projects and over 10 research projects of above provincial and ministerial level.It also won the excellent designing work awards of provincial and ministerial level for many times. The business of us has a wide coverage over 30 provinces in China.
Moreover, we're keeping good cooperative relationship with local governments and authorities, where one-stop services can be provided from overall planning to detailed planning, as well as from consulting service, preliminary planning and concept design to construction drawing of architecture, landscape and municipal projects.
Taking FD University’s motto which says “rich in knowledge and tenacious of purpose, inquiring with earnestness and reflecting with self-practice”, we will forge ahead with determination and exploit continuously.

Office: Fudan National Technology Park, Guotai Road, Shanghai
Responsibilities:
1/ administrative reception
2/ business contact and negotiation
3/ paper work and documents management
Job Requirements:
1/ at least 3 years work experience, good English level, if you can speak Chinese will be a big advantage
2/ business assistant or administrative assistant work experience
3/ business contact experience
4/ if you have designing related work experience, will be a big plus
5/ bachelor degree or above
6/ age 25-35 years old
7/ come from CIS or East Europe is most welcome
8/ someone now in Shanghai is most welcome, or can come to shanghai easily
