Administrative Receptionist Needed in Beijing
About us:

LF litz 1 in UK is a landmark building that provides the most ideal investment and living property for customers from all over the world.
Now we have 5 buildings in UK, one is a hotel, the rest are all apartment blocks. We also develop properties in Cyprus, Greece and Spain.
Job Title: Administrative Receptionist
Office Location: Guan Zhuang , Chaoyang District, Beijing
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for visitor reception work.
2. Responsible for the incoming calls and documents.
3. Responsible for meeting room management.
4. Responsible for the management of office equipment and public environment.
5. other tasks assigned by the administrative manager.
Requirements:
1/ someone come from Europe (East or west Europe both welcome), North and South America, AUS or New Zealand.
2/ good English level, good Chinese ability, HSK3 or above will be an advantage
3/ bachelor degree or above
4/ if have business related, receptionist or administrative work experience will be a big plus
5/ can work in Guan Zhuang Area, Beijing. Someone now in Beijing is most welcome
6/ like administrative front desk work, with a welcome smile to the visitors (our visitors are almost all high-end group).
