Hotel Internship Program in China
Sponsor: Chinese Universities and 4-5 Star Hotels
Organization: Beijing Hongzhou Learning Co. Ltd
Strength of the Program:
1. Gain valuable hotel working experience;
2. Learn Chinese language and Chinese culture;
3. Making friends with people from different countries and have a global view;
4. Potential full time job offer afterwards;
Responsibilities of the Sponsor:
1. Apply for one year student visa for students;
2. Organizing a two weeks training for students in aspects of language, culture and etiquette;
3. Airport pickup service.
4. Allocate the internship position and other coordinating work;
5. Insure the personal safety of students, provide accommodation and meals as well as 700RMB/
or 1400RMB / month stipend depending on the program fee.
6. Grant certificate to students who finished the internship program.
Some Examples of Internship Hotels:
Zhejiang Kaiyuan Hotel, Yiwu Jindu Hotel, Qiandao Lake Crown Hotel, Yingguan Xiangyu Hotel,
Jinma International Hotel, Tonglu Redison, etc.
Internship Treatment:
1. Provide accommodation, meals and 700RMB or 1400 RMB monthly stipend;
2. After the internship, if students have bachelor degree, they could continue to apply for working visa and get the full time job with standard salary.
The Duration of the Internship: One year
Starting Time: June 2018
Working Time: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
Application Requirements:
1. Students with Tourism or relevant majors;
2. 18 to 30 years old;
3. Speak conversational English or Chinese
Internship Working Responsibilities:
Mainly provide service in Front Room and Western Restaurant, and offer some help in kitchen if
Necessary, as well as other assigned duties within the hotel.
Program fees: Either the applicant pays USD 200 program fee, and then receives 700RMB/month stipend or pays a program fee of USD1500 and receive or get 1400RMB/month stipend from the hotel.
