Sports Coach for kids

We are Boys&Girls Club, which is an American style children club for 3-12 years old kids located in Xi San Qi area, north west of Beijing.
What we are coaching?
1.Physical fitness class for kids
2.3 specific sports: basketball, soccer and hockey
What are working content besides coaching?
1.Class development and quality control
2.Selling class by talking with clients and giving feedback
3.Marketing works
What is our process of joining the team?
1.Both full-time and part-time are acceptable
2.Applying, Interviewing, Demo Class, Training and Start to work
What is our philosophy of our coaches department?
1.We must like each other and becoming to good friends.
2.No matter who you are and where you from, I hope the club could be your home in China if you were honest and working hard.
3.You get more if you worked more serious.
Pay rate?
Full time: 10k/month start basic salary+ accommodation+insurance+5% base commission
Part time: 100/hour, at least 3 hours in a roll, the shifts package provided depends on your personal schedule
