Internal Communications Specialist/Officer(English native speaker)

Full-time at Schneider Electric (China) Co., Ltd. in Shanghai

Purpose of the job:
Support Global HR Services and Transformation SVP in designing and deploying internal communications for Global HR Services.


Job responsibilities:
1. Promote HR Services to managers & employees
- Define the communication strategy.
- Work with Global Internal communication to implement the strategy leveraging the appropriate communication channels (web site, internal collaborative platform - SPICE), and responsible for message design and communication content
- Update and maintain information on the web

2. Communication within HR Services
- HR Services all hands meeting
- Design and deploy communication to support the implementation of HR Services 2020 vision
- Deploy communication to drive global people transformation projects (Well-being, High Performance Culture, One Voice Global Survey, etc)

Composition of the team:
1. Part of the Global HR Services Team, based in Shanghai
2. Work in close collaboration with direct manager and interact with transversal teams worldwide (project teams) and Global internal communication business partner

Job requirements:
1. University Degree (BAC+ 4/5) in Marketing/Communication or Business School, Specialized Master in Marketing/communications
2. 2 years professional experience minimum related to the position. Those 2 years must be performed after the date indicated on the diploma
3. Working experience with marketing/communication tools, processes and media
4. English: fully fluent (written and oral) or mother tongue
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills, Interpersonal and intercultural competencies
