Western Project Manager in Wuxi city (Jiangsu)

Beijing Topview Consulting & Trading Ltd., together with its sister company Beijing Software Enterprise Center (BSEAC), is a professional knowledge service company specializing in providing a full spectrum of customized and commercial solutions for international clients planning to enter or expand their interests on the Chinese market.
Our company is currently expanding and undertaking new business avenues of different nature on the Chinese and European markets. For this reason, we are looking for new Western Project Managers who could join our international team! At the moment, our staff already includes German and Italian project managers.
Below is an overview of what candidates may undertake in this position:
• Coordinating internal resources and various stakeholders for the flawless execution of our projects
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Assist the implementation of business development and marketing strategies and programs that drive revenue generation, build company visibility
• Identify and manage new business opportunities via cold calls, online research, participation to networking events on behalf of the company etc.
• Proofread and polish proposals and deliverables to our Western clients (an example of deliverable could be a market research for European companies that want to enter to the Chinese market)
• Other work as assigned, involving international communication
Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
• Wide Experience editing and polishing English professional documents
• German, English or Italian natives preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant business or communications qualifications/degrees highly preferred, or demonstrated experience in new business development initiatives and activities
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, must be able to multitask
• Employment commitment of at least 1-2 years
• Comfortable with regular company business trips around China
• Mandarin skills are not strictly necessary, but of course they are very welcome
Conditions:
A. Working time: Monday to Friday, from 8:45 to 17:30
B. Probation period of 2 months, needed for training
C. If probation is successfully passed, full-time employment will be offered to the candidate/s
