Looking for a honest, reliable and diligent chef with at least 5 years experience to lead our kitchen and be able to work with a small team and create a new menu.
Must have experience in menu development and be a great leader in the kitchen environment. Command of the Chinese is not necessary although a bonus.
Experience in managing Chinese staff a must. This is not an entry level position. It will only suit a person with experience in managing and creating new menus and an individual who possesses drive and attention to detail. Salary is negotiable and will depend on experience and skills. A great opportunity to be able to command your own cafe/restaurant with a very laid back atmosphere and work load, a once in a lifetime opportunity.
