Cultural Homestay Program

This is a great opportunity for a foreigner to live with a Chinese family with free accommodation & learn about the Chinese lifestyle & culture. Ideal for university students!
Duration: 3 ~12 months
Location: Shanghai
Conditions:
You'll have your own bedroom, typically your own bathroom also. The living situation is good since we focus on the high-end market only. Spend your daytime as usual working/studying; live with a Chinese family and their kid(s). You'll eat, travel with the family & have your own freedom to go out & travel. You will have opportunity to work as intern in their company if you’re interested. In return, you'll dedicate some of your evening time with the kid(s) (8+ hrs/week) to teach them English and improve their cultural understanding of the Western Culture.
The family and housing selection will be mutual, you will only be placed with a family if you feel satisfied.
You'll get a monthly RMB2,000 stipend as a small pocket fee. Free living accommodation.
Note: While being with the family, and like most cultural internships, it's OK to invite friends, but not for partying or staying overnight. OK to come and go as you please, even late at night.
REQUIREMENTS
The candidate should be a Native English Speaker or European with excellent English.
