The Position
You will serve as an advisor providing direct, individualized guidance to talented students about every step of the college application process, including but not limited to: academic planning, school selection, personal statement and essay development, interview preparation, and overall portfolio management.

We believe that the learning that occurs during the process is as important as the application outcome; this enables our students to be better prepared for their upcoming undergraduate studies.
Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in any field from a reputable university or college in the U.S. (Top 50 is preferred) and a strong academic background
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; must have the ability to work well with students
• Self-motivated yet able to function well as part of a dynamic team
