Youth Baseball Coach

In life, the easy route rarely leads to success. The price of success is hard work, dedication to a goal, and determination to overcome difficulties along the way. Through playing baseball, young people learn how to embrace the passion, self-sacrifice, and resolution required to achieve success.
American Baseball Academy’s (ABA) mission is to teach these enduring qualities by providing baseball training and educational programs fostering the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of each student. ABA's staff and coaches teach the skills necessary for students to achieve their goals by integrating fun, physical activity and character education into its curriculum.
Each ABA training consists of a 5:1 student-to-coach ratio, allowing coaches to tailor course material according to each individual’s needs. Every practice is bi-lingual and conducted by former professional baseball players and coaches from the United States. As our players advance through ABA programs, they will acquire the tools and techniques needed to face life’s challenges and achieve their dreams.
We are currently expanding quickly and need coaches to cover classes all around Shanghai. If you are interested in coaching and have a few hours a week to spare, please send me a short cover letter centered around your baseball experience as well as a resume. Look forward to hearing from you!
