Recruit English Teacher - Chengdu

We are a training English school, we are looking for a part-time English teacher.
The school is situated at the East of Chengdu, near the K bus and a subway station (万年场).
We are a franchise school, we have more than 300 schools all over China, the sub-branch here in Chengdu was established last October and our team is full of manager and teaching experience. We try to provide an open and professional working atmosphere. Now we are looking for teachers who are full of enthusiasm and experience.
Requirements:
-love kids, patient and outgoing.
-the teacher should have more than one year teaching experience (real experience).
-the teacher has a Bachelor's degree with English or Education major or/and a Tesol certificate or anything related to English. We are a serious school and provide quality teaching to our students so the diploma is a must have. Everybody can speak English but not everyone can teach. Not native speakers are accepted if the accent is not too strong.
Duties:
-teaching lessons to students aged 3 to 12, a local teacher will help you at each steps. Lessons plans are already prepared, just need to adjust them to your teaching style if you like.
-communicating with student's parents when it's necessary. If you don't speak Chinese, the local teacher will help you.
-participate in school's events, activities, demo and level's check.
-attending school meetings and staff training when needed.
What do we offer:
-part-time job until June or July, then if willing to continue, we will offer full-time (40 hours presence, max 15 hours teaching).
-professional training and course curriculum training.
-salary negociable
-housing, flight allowance and visa: only for the full time job (from June/July 2018)
