Our world class shipping services are presently available in 100 countries with Uk, USA, CHINA and TAIWAN inclusive. we are presently looking for handling agents that will be working at our new site in shanghai, china.
Job Description
This position will be responsible for the following;
• Verifying and keeping of records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Compare identifying information and count, weigh, or measure items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records
• Examine outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.
• Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies
• Posts weights and shipping charges, and affixes postage
Qualifications
• High school diploma or any other higher degree.
• Ability to learn to use personal computer, including Microsoft Office applications, Internet navigation, and email functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure and demonstrate flexibility
• Ability to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and take initiative on specific issues
• Ability to prioritize handling of situations
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS;
• Frequent use of computer keyboards/terminal, performing repetitive data entry functions
• Occasional periods of extended sitting
• Telephone usage when needed.
