Job Location: Mumbai (India)

Job Description: We at Crimson Interactive are looking for Business Associates (Chinese/Taiwanese) to work with us for various profiles or departments like Marketing, Client Servicing, Customer Relationship Management, etc. The positions are challenging and ideal for those interested in continual learning and self-development. We are looking for candidates who would enjoy working in a challenging environment and interacting with professionals on an international level, and who have the enthusiasm and ambition to be part of our organization where technology is the core of everything that is done.

Value Add - This is also an excellent opportunity for those interested in learning English and becoming fluent in spoken English. Through the work profile and responsibilities, the Associate will be required to interact with English-speaking professionals, who, by way of work interaction, will also help the Associate enhance his/her spoken English. The Associate will also be provided the opportunity to attend English classes, sponsored by Crimson, to help improve and master the English language.


What this role will offer?

• Interact with clients and Address client queries and resolve client feedback
• Play an active role in not only meeting but also exceeding client satisfaction
• Provide guidance and information as per client requirements
• Provide advice on positioning, marketing, and development of our services from the perspective of Chinese/Taiwanese cultural acceptance.
• Customer relationship management (CRM) – assist CRM team in various CRM initiatives
• Handling client queries via phone & emails (incoming & outgoing)
• Identify potential clients and convert them to increase sales

Prerequisites/Key Characteristics and Skills required:
• Should have at least a Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Experience required – Any (freshers and experienced, both are invited)
• Native Language with Basic English and traditional Chinese/Taiwanese writing skills
• Multitasking and flexibility to work across various projects based on client requirement
• Eagerness to work in a multicultural/team environment
