Foreign Lead Teacher

We are looking to open more classes in upcoming terms and need experienced, creative, and passionate teachers to serve as foreign lead teachers in all day classes.
Qualifications:
-Bachelors Degree
-non-native speakers will need to have TESOL certification
-previous teaching experience
-an upbeat, positive attitude and creative spirit
Job responsibilities include:
-creating weekly schedules
-taking on the role of leader with four teachers per class
-30 hours a week classroom time with no office hours (8-12am, 3-5pm Monday-Friday)
-creating engaging English classes using a reputable textbook as a guide
-constant communication with parents
-opportunities to open and run desired after school clubs and courses for additional income
Compensation and benefits:
-12,500 to 14,000 RMB a month (open to discussion) starting salary with bonuses for relevant certifications and advanced degrees
-flight bonuses
-additional income available for teaching after school clubs and courses
-teaching experience in a reputable school with highly qualified teachers and administrators
-visas provided
-free breakfast, lunch, and dinner
