What is your role as an International Financial Associate?
Provide personalized investment solutions that help clients achieve their financial goals
Create and develop client relationships within the expatriate community
Demonstrate capability of building rapport with people from a wide range of nationalities, job sectors and industries
Conduct in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances, current provision and future aims
Design financial strategies and assisting clients to make informed decisions
What are your key requirements?
A good track record of professional success, preferably in Sales, Business Development, CRM, Real estate, Account Management and face-to-face roles.
Relationship-building skills and commitment to establishing long-term clients
Strong desire for performance-driven compensation and growing earning potential
Eagerness to further or build a career in financial consultancy
Capacity to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
Focused approach to build a business
Ability to lead, motivate and manage
Fluency in English, with good communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills
Experience of both face to face and telephone contact with clients
Excellent team member and leadership skills
Ability to listen, understand and give advice

What is the role of an International Financial Coordinator?
Lead research and prospect name generation.
Business development by identifying prospects potential needs.
Administration and accurate record keeping in relation to communications with prospects and clients, related documentation required in the sales process.
Promoting product and services over the telephone with potential prospects and existing clients
Appointment setting by telephone.
Updating daily and weekly activity statistics, contacts made and appointments booked.
Attending and supporting company networking and prospect events.
Using initiatives to identify prospective clients to ensure success.
What traits and competencies should you possess?
A good track record of professional success, preferably in sales, business development, real estate, account management.
Strong desire for performance driven compensation and growing earning potential.
Ambition to develop a career in the world of financial consultancy.
