Job Description:
Ideoli Group is looking for a dynamic full-time Project Manager with experience in managing multiple projects at multiple factories throughout China and Southeast Asia. This is a position for a self-motivated individual looking to work for an international business, is fluent in both Mandarin and English and will contribute to the overall success of our rapidly growing startup. The successful Project Manager is responsible for the communication, coordination and monitoring of all client-driven projects from commencement to completion, and follow-up. The Project Manager will work as an integral liaison between the partner factories in China and Ideoli Headquarters in the United States. Candidate must understand the manufacturing processes and procedures of products, specifically in lighting and furnishings. Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals with a high degree of creativity, critical thinking and problem solving.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of client projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Work with the product engineering team to develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Manage relationships with clients when needed
• Perform quality control tests
• Establish and maintain superb relationships with vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements:
• Fluent (spoken and written) in English and Mandarin
• Passport to be able to travel in China and throughout Southeast Asia
• Bachelors Degree in engineering or related field not required, but encouraged
• Proven working experience as a project manager, customer service representative and/or product manager
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills with a high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously , in multiple markets and locations
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive and energetic personality
• Strong team player with flexibility working independently
