Foreign landscape designer

Location: Shenzhen, China
Salary: RMB15k-20k per month
Job Responsibilities
1. Take part in preliminary planning, concept design; provide professional ideas and suggestions from landscape design perspectives;
2. Take part in the establishment of the design specification; review each stage progress of the assignment design in terms of the requirements of company and projects;
3. Communicate and coordinate with the design institution, design and complete the structures of premises and indoors/outdoors renderings;
4. Follow up the whole project process included project drawings and any technical issues, connect with the design institution to amend or modify technical problems promptly;
5. Assist to solve variety technical problems in the process of projects;
6. Remain good relations with clients to cooperation;
7. Accomplish the other assignments that arranged by the company.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelors or above degree in Landscape Design or related majors;
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in the field of Landscape Design;
3. Proficiency in sketching, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, 3D, Photoshop software;
4. Strong design concepts, good understanding, excellent communication and people skills, can work under pressure;
Designers from countries like Thailand are preferred
