Customer rep for Business Intelligence/Data Analytics business unit

Our company is a well-established foreign accounting/consulting firm, aggressively moving into the field of data analytics and business intelligence.
We are recruiting an English-speaking customer representative. You can be a beginner in the field, we will train you. You do not have need to be an engineer or a software developer. However, you have to have at least two years of experience on the market place, in a customer-facing role, and be autonomous.
What you will do:
- You will help customize our business intelligence solution for our clients;
- You will train our customers to use our software;
- You will answer their questions, do some troubleshooting and hand-holding when they have issues, help them have a smooth experience;
- You will create interactive dashboards for our customers and publish them online.

- We will train you to use our proprietary workflow management software (which we use to collect data), top commercial data analytics and visualisation solutions (ACL, Qlik, Tableau...);
