English teacher, senior consultant and team manager

A chain language training center based in Shanghai has 3 openings. It can help with working visa. Competitive package.
1. English Teacher:
• Requirements:
➢ No experience requirements
➢ Decent School graduates
➢ Native speakers only
• 13 days free housing
• Assistance to get working visa, when getting visa trip to Hong Kong, tickets will be reimbursed, but tickets for renewing same visa not reimbursed
• 17 days paid leave, but not enjoy Chinese public holidays; add one day after every 1 more year in the organization, maximum 20 days paid leave
• Medical check for visa change fee will be reimbursed
• In city traffic for transporting from one teaching venue to another teaching venue will be reimbursed based on actual expenses
• Provide tax slip and company is totally legal providing other legal documents when possible
• 80-100 hours teaching hours per month, depending on which course the teacher takes:
➢ SAT 80 hours
➢ TOFEL and IELTS 80 hours
➢ Kids’ English 100 hours
➢ There is extra teaching hours’ fee; it is the average of your salary divides your assigned working hours
• Teacher’s salary: up to RMB 20K per month, bonus up to year end situation
2. Senior Consultant:
• Requirements: Top 30-40 University graduates and know very well how to apply for the admission of Universities
• Salary: up to RMB 20K per month, plus house allowance
3. Team Manager:
• Full time salary: up to 35K per month, plus housing allowance
• Requirements: Top 30 University graduates, 2 years’ experience of managing team
