The selected candidate will be a person with very good communication and leadership skills, with an advanced level of English, responsible, ambitious, creative, passionate and hard worker.
The main tasks you would develop are:
- Manage, supervise and motivate your own team in the manufacturing plant
- Coordinate the work with the Production Director
- Identify needs, priorities, and points of improving
- Making reports
- Analyse and evaluate sales results
- Quality research
Work location: Suzhou
Salary package: RMB 200k - 240k gross/annually
