KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER HONG KONG

We are looking for KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER in CHINA (HONG KONG)
WE:
• A medium-sized outsourcing firm with a place of business in Germany (established in 1994 as an independent consulting firm) that exceeds the scope of mundane solutions with limited chances of implementation.
• Our team includes more than 120 in-house professionals (lawyers, tax consultants, accountants, auditors, engineers) und international network of institutes and experts from various branches and disciplines. Flat hierarchies facilitate fast implementation of goals.
• Our core competencies include the following branches:
o Legal consulting & support
o Tax consulting & outsourcing financial accounting
o Audit
o Human resources & migration
o Outsourcing of full business processes
o Certification & customs
o SRO & permissions, licenses
o Investment projects for greenfields
o Office & administration solutions.
YOU:
• You are a confident person with outstanding communication skills and client-oriented manners.
• You are simultaneously a highly motivated team player with strong social competence and ability to work successfully in a quickly developing international environment.
• Assertiveness is one of your major skills.
• Use of modern communication media and software, e.g. calculations in Excel und presentations, is a part of your daily tasks.
• Business mentality and professional competence in contract negotiations as well as by support of big clients in connection with their profile.
• Key success requirements are presentation skills, positive energy and ability to inspire as well as willingness to learn constantly.
ADDITIONALLY:
• In addition to a successful graduation from university or college you also have:
• Long-term (min. 6 years) experience in outsourcing.
• Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English, Chinese and Russian is strongly required for internal and external communication.
• Willingness to travel (Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Russia, Poland, China, Germany).
• As „+“ professional experience in appliance of accounting and tax knowledge of local Russian book-keeping (HB 1/HB 2, US GAAP), ideally as a CFO or a CEO in Russia.
