German Customer Service Manager

Full-time at Oceania International in Shanghai

A fast growing e-commerce company is looking for a fluent German speaker to join as Customer Service Manager. The role will be responsible for handling both English and German customer emails, as well as managing a small team of local customer service representatives in the Shanghai office (located near 田子坊).
