Position: Assistant General Manager
Duties
Assist general manager (UK citizen) with all aspects of company operation, including supporting staff, producing reports, monitoring KPIs, creating and monitoring business plans, attending meetings.
This position is open to any nationality, would suit an entrepreneurial type person who is keen to be involved in all aspects of creating and running a successful business in China.
Company
Our company has several business areas mainly related to the import and sale of biotechnology/life sciences/animal health products and technologies. Formed in 2007, we continue to grow and expand our business, creating the need for a new senior position.
Requirements
Work experience less important than character and education.
MBA or similar
Excellent English
Entrepreneurial spirit
Desire to further develop skills and experience
Self motivated, takes initiative, takes risks.
Chinese language an advantage
Any experience/familiarity with the following an advantage
- Biotechnology/life sciences/animal health
- International trade
- Investment/finance
- Legal
Remuneration
Starting salary is 15,000RMB/ month
Full legal working visa (Z) provided for foreign employees
The successful applicant will be expected to gain promotion to General Manager of several business units at 6 months, with an increased salary and profit share.
