Graphic Designer

Early Childhood Education provider seeks talented graphic designer. An ideal candidate will have some experience with early childhood education or familiarity with children’s art and design. A candidate with neither will also be considered for employment.
Ensure that the design vision meets the needs and desires of the company's strategic goals, product road map, and company’s marketing strategy.
Oversee the quality control of all design and production, ensuring that all marketing or product output meets the standard that you set.
Be able to bring up creative design proposal independently and elaborate the design ideas precisely as to convince upper management.
Desired Skills & Experience
5+ years’ design experience
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills. Overseas experience/ Native speakers in English with a good grasp of Chinese are preferred.
Solid knowledge of Adobe PS, AI, InDesign, Illustrator and other design tools.
Inspirational team leader - you get the best out of other designers and they respect you for that
Great presenter and communicator - you are extremely articulate when it comes to talking about creative work and design logic. You can effortlessly communicate the business logic behind a design to management executives.
Be responsible and be willing to work under pressure.
