Business Consultant (China Branch Office)

As a Business Consultant, you will be working in a team to provide strategic recruitment Solutions for our clients. In the process, you will nurture trustworthy service about HR solution, especially recruiting strategy and work as business partners to accelerate business performance of our clients. .

proven track record in a sales environment in Sales, business development, account management, and/ or relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Developing new business and building up business partnership.
Managing and leading in the complete recruitment processes from anticipating the needs of the hiring organization to the selected candidates starting work.
Developing long-term relationships, resulting in repeat business and loyalty from candidates and clients.
Others
Be self motivated and driven, yet work well as part of a dynamic team.
Have confidence in engaging key decision makers of multi-national corporations, as well as possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You should have at least 5 years’ experience in sales/business development/customer service/account management.
