Job description
English teaching based on systematic curriculum for kids ages 5 – 6, responsibilities include:
1.Teaching English and other subjects under the guided syllabus
2.Capable of adjusting or making certain improvments in classroom teaching plans for target students
3.Creating activities and prepare teaching plans
4.Creating teaching props, as needed, for classes
5.Teaching and training in a world-class teacher education program
6.Applying theory-based methods to support effective English language instruction
7.Engaging in student-centered learning and courses with an international perspective
8.Collaborating with Chinese assistant teachers and other foreign teachers to generate better and more dynamic teaching processes
Desired Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Education, English Literature or related field from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada or other English speaking countries
2.3 years’ experience in childhood education (kindergarten or primary school)
3.Excellent communication, organizational and intrapersonal skills
4.Result-oriented, able to work under pressure and passionate about education
5.TEFL( Teaching English as a Foreign Language) or TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) Certificate
6.Ability to work well with Chinese assistant teachers and students
7.Teachers with a rich classroom background experience will receive priority
