We aim at upper class customers. Directed by Mr.Allen Shum, a senior hair stylist, who have experience of more than 30years in this industry. He travelled around the world (mainly in European countries) at his earlier age including more than 20years living in France, and had been a professional hair stylist of many world well-known singers and movie stars. SOFAR is a new opened hair salon. We are looking for people who are passionate for hair design industry, willing to develop youself as a hair stylist for life career.
Hair Stylist (Full Time )
Location: Guangzhou, China
Nationality: Worldwide
Language requirement: English or French
Job Description
Under direct supervision, consults with customers on their hair needs, recommends professional hair care services and products. A Designer delivers quality technical service with emphasis on the customer’s comprehensive look and is responsible for building a request client base through referrals and utilizing promotional materials available, while following all company policies and procedures. Must be 18 years to apply. We provide 2 different kinds of contracts,
1.Short term contract (1-3months) - For people who want to have a work holiday in China, or to experience life with decent income.
2.Long term contract (negotiable) - For people who want to develop their hair stylist career in China.
Position Responsiblity
• Acknowledge and greet all Guests and offers friendly, prompt, and courteous service.
• Utilize product prescriptions sheets to prescribe professional salon products to all salon guests.
• Meet or exceed all individual sales and productivity goals.
• Attend all regular training, events and workshops.
• Assist in store duties (e.g., filling and Salon retail displays and shelves.)
• Adhere to SOFAR FOR HAIR Salon standards for guest service and cleanliness.
Experience Requirement
• Relevant work experience is preferrable.
• Developed communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Payment & Benetifts
