QES Intern - Internship

Internship Title: QES Intern
Organization Description:
A world famous brand, which provides transportation related products (e.g. cars, trucks, construction equipments), and services with focus on quality, safety and environmental care. Founded more than 80 years ago, a solid position and reputation worldwide has been built up over the decades.
Start Date: May 2011 onwards
Length: 3-6 months
Stipend: RMB2000-2500 per month
Location: Shanghai China
Internship Brief Description:
This QES (i.e. Quality Management, Environment Management, and Safety Management) internship is great for the safety and environment related major students to build hands-on work experience. The main internship responsibilities are as follows:
1. Periodically update the QES story, check the validity of information on
QES board and update accordingly
2. Administrative things, like issuing PR, stationary management, etc.
3. Support 5S activities
4. Support VPS activities in collecting data and visualizing
5. Support to organize QES meetings/VPS meetings
6. Handle other work assigned by QES Director
Essential Requirements:
1. Safety and environment related Major is preferred
2. English native speaker preferred
3. Quick learner, diligent and responsible
4. Able to work individually and a team work
5. Skilled in Microsoft application
6. Holistic view and judgment
7. Good communication skills
8. Proactive and self-motivated
9. Minimum staying 3 month
