Business Analyst

A successful candidate will join the CRM service team to provide professional CRM analysis services to various retail industries.
1. In-depth analysis of CRM databases and large data files to help decision makers effectively guide their business. Good capabilities to translate numerical and qualitative data into easy to understand reports and concepts for clients.
2. Help define report requirements with clients and meet their business needs. Help business development by suggesting KPI’s and benchmarks through feasibility studies and case studies.
3. Help our internal data engineers by communicating requirements clearly and assisting in developing the data mining process.
4. Discuss report design to allow extensibility, flexibility, and scalability.
5. Feel confident while client facing and be able to act quickly under pressure and accept constructive criticism and feedback.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor/Master degree preferable in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing or Economics (quantitative field).
2. Possess 3+ years in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Report Generation, or Marketing Development.
3. Strong understanding of MSOffice tools, focusing on Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
4. Understanding of dataflow and basic database structures. Knowledge of CRM and reporting tools is highly recommended.
5. Experience and understanding of consumer behavior and capacity to tailor it to multiple industries.
6. Very strong English speaking and writing skills.
7. Results driven, organized and efficient mentality with a proven track record.
8. Good public speaking skills.
