Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Education
• TEFL certificate
• Montessori Certificate preferred, but not required
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of three years teaching experience in the field of ESL and early childhood
• Experience as an instructional leader
• Experience leading a team of 2 to 5 people or strong leadership skills preferred
• Experience working in an international school (in China) preferred
• Experience dealing with parents and with administrative duties
• Administration Experience a plus, not required
Salary
13,000 to 18,000 RMB based on experience.
Head of English Department.

We are recognized by the Chinese government as a National Top 10 Educational Institute and host China's only indigenous AMS / MACTE Montessori credentialing program.
REPORTING DUTIES
The Lead Montessori Teacher will report directly to Campus Principal.
QUALIFICATIONS
International Montessori Certificate
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent diploma
Over 2 years classroom experience
SCOPE OF WORK
The Lead Montessori Teacher is directly responsible for the management of the classroom, assistants, and children.
Montessori Kindergarten Principles(4 openings)
Requirments:
Montessori Experience preferred
Management and Principle experience required
MA preferred , BA required

Requirments:
BA required
2 + years ESL teaching experience required
