Requirements：
1、 A Bachelor Degree or above in fashion designing would be required, and experience in the management designing field for at least 3 years;
2、Should be familiar with new product development, according to current market trends, product structure, materials, technology and other design and planning processes. Should be able to put forward their case, and have accurate grasp of market information and international fashion trends. Should have a strong sense of product planning and developmental skill and be familiar with clothing technology and related design software;
3、Should be very professional in their respective field, responsible, and able to work under pressure, good communication and coordination ability, and good leadership skill;
4、 Familiar in using office related software such as Microsoft Office and so on;
5、English, Chinese speaking are preferred. (Speaking, reading, listening, writing).
