Sales Associate

in Shanghai
World Health Store presently has (5) locations in Beijing and is opening #6 in the Shanghai Centre this Spring as well as #7 in Pudong this year.
As such, we are building a team here in Shanghai including (1) assistant store manager and (2) sales associates (full-time & part-time). You will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager to run retail store operations with a focus on excellent customer service and execution of operational functions.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to reach/exceed sales targets
• Manage daily sales at the store by helping customers
• Leverage health & wellness knowledge so as to share with customers in verbal and written format
• Update and maintain company website
• Receive and organize inventory
• Organize customer deliveries
• Lead store in the absence of the Store Manager to include opening/closing, customer service operations and store maintenance
• Maintain that store and work areas are clean, secure and maintained
• Ensure that World Health Store brand is well represented in the community
• Other duties may surface pending upon scenarios and management discussion
Requirements:
• Health and wellness enthusiasm demonstrated by knowledge in particular health & wellness area i.e. fitness, nutrition, healthy living & eating, environmental conscious living etc…
• Native/fluent level of Chinese and conversational in English
• Strong sales abilities in order to achieve bonus benchmarks
• Excellent customer service skills
• Solid work ethic
