Allstar Capital Inc. is a Beijing, China, based investment banking advisory service. Our main business is to assist Chinese private companies get listed on NYSE Amex or NASDAQ market. In addition, we advise our clients to receive financing from institutional investors or through private equity financing before the public listing and secondary offerings after company becomes a listing public company. We plan to recruit experienced individuals as associates. He or she will work closely with partners and coordinate work among:
- Clients
- China Legal Opinion Attorney
- Registration Agencies (both in China, offshore and in the U.S.)
- Business Plan Writer, strategy consultants
- US GAAP Auditor
- U.S. Security Attorney
- Investment Banks (placement agent)
- Investment Relation Firm
on all public company related listing, reporting, financing and road shows activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education background in finance, accounting, business administration, or marketing
- MBA or BBA preferred
- Excellent skills in customer management & initiations
- Consulting experience
- Experience with U.S. multi-national firm
- Willing to travel frequently
- Speak and write fluent English and Chinese
- Excellent communication skills in English & Chinese with all parties involved
- Positive work attitude
Compensation:
- varies with experience and qualification
- base salary and stock grant (success sharing)
