Managing Director, Advisory Services

Full-time at China Greentech Initiative (CGTI) in Beijing or Shanghai

The China Greentech Initiative has immediate opportunities for talented and driven professionals who desire to be leaders in understanding and accelerating China’s greentech markets. Building upon the success of The China Greentech Report and The China Greentech Partner Program, this is a rare opportunity to be at the leading edge of the trusted world’s biggest new greentech industry, helping to develop a business that is becoming the trusted advisor to the world’s leading greentech CEOs and policy advisors. Positions are based in Beijing and Shanghai.

Managing Director, Advisory Services (Shanghai or Beijing). Responsible for leading CGTI Advisory Services to help clients secure channel partners, license technologies, form strategic alliances and acquisitions, raise capital, and identify investment opportunities. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 10 years experience in investment banking or strategy consulting in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and cross-border transactions focused on China. Bilingual Mandarin and English skills are required.
