Professional Capital Raiser for PE Deals and PE Fund

Redwood Capital, Inc. is an exciting, expanding Investment Bank/PE Fund that specializes in financing Chinese companies. Our firm is primarily focused on taking Chinese companies public on the US and Foreign exchanges and is seeking a capital raising professional for our expanding business throughout China. The position is based in Beijing with travel throughout China and US.
Requirements:
• College degree
• Fluent (writing and speaking) in Mandarin
• 1-4 years experience in at least one of the following: PE, capital raising, research, finance, accounting, M&A or investment banking
• Must have deep understanding of financial statements and proven ability to raise capital for PE/IPO deals
• Must be highly proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Must be a good presenter and have experience presenting to PE funds and Investors
• Must have good people skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to work overtime with our team to achieve the goals of the Company and our clients
• Must be willing to travel up to 50%
