Position Title: Senior Product Manager

Activities:

• defines the functionality, requirements, features, and UI for Service Management(SM) and related products
• deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
• work with fellow product managers, R&D and design partners on the definition of requirements and features for a significant portion of the above products
• develop a close working relationship with development regardless of remote or onsite location; includes the ability to articulate direction and guide a development team that is generally thirsty for market driven direction
• make difficult roadmap timing decisions
• manage the entire product life cycle, from conception to development to release
• determine and analyze key success metrics, and rigorously test and optimize for them
• understand customer needs and engage closely with engineering team and assist in determining the best technical implementation methods
• collaborate with different teams across multiple projects, and prioritize appropriately
• leverage and extend knowledge of the competitive and industry landscape
• might need travel based on business needs

Preferred Profile

• BA/BS degree; Masters or MBA is a plus
• 10 years Product Management experience
• Strong English language skills
• 3 years Project and Portfolio Management experience (IT Service Management, Business Intelligence, IT Financial Management, Application Lifecycle Management also desirable)
• Resume with proven results and metrics
• Experience in working with partners located globally & able to communicate at all levels
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; attention to detail
• Outstanding creativity and drive; stellar written and oral communication skills; ability to understand and resonate with our customers
