Director of Global Network Solution Sales Department

Responsibilities:
1. According to the company business target, develop and implement business and market target on network product, make and supervise solution sales strategy; Organize and provide all kinds of support works all over the world, Ensure the target to be fulfilled.
2. Construct market ability of product and solution and present them to the global market.
3. Organize the global market analysis and promotion, manage market opportunity, develop the market plan and competition strategy, provide effective instruction of sales strategy to the frontlines.
4. Responsible for planning, support and operation of special project, ensure the success rate of project.
5. Develop branding strategy towards the targeted clients; promote the product and solution branding.
Requirements:
6. Bachelor Degree or above in telecommunication, computer science, electronics or relevant disciplines; At least 12 years of working experience in multinational telecommunications companies, 8 years or more experiences of management and marketing is necessary.
7. At least be accomplished in microwave products, understand the technology development trends and growth curve of product and networks, familiar with competitors' strategy and product features, command knowledge of organization operation, bidding, commercial and business management, etc.
8. Familiar with international market operation model, Good understanding of global market, strong abilities of macroscopical analysis and strategic thinking.
9. Strong presentation skills to ensure customer full awareness of products solutions and capabilities, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a strategic mind and the ability to manage.
10. Self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented.
11. Fluent in listening and spoken English; adapt to global business trip.
