Our client is Singapore Property Developer. Currently they own a lot of projects in Shanghai. They are looking for a Senior Mgr—marketing and Lease who is going to take care all office buildings in Shanghai.
As Senior Mgr—Marketing and Lease, you will base in Shanghai and directly report to GM who’s from Singapore and is responsible for achieving PandL of Projects and Service Company and Leasing and lease administration.
