Responsibilities:
1. Set clear monthly, quarterly and annual sales target, develop and execute action plans to meet and increase sale targets on a constant and steady base
2. Monitor, analyze and increase the individual shop sales
3. Implement the delivery system and improve the delivery sales
4. Actively participate in the development of online sale using all online channels (own website, taobao etc.)
5. Work closely with the product development team to identify new products and be responsible for bringing new products to market
6. Participate in development of all marketing & sales materials. Maintaining, updating and adjusting prices, catalogues, sales materials of all products
7. Oversee all sales activities (Shops, online, corporate, B2B), analyze and interpret results obtained, and taking necessary corrective action
8. In charge of corporate and B2B accounts, create, manage, generate and increase sales of these accounts
9. Calculate cost & analyze market price level of competitors to ensure competitiveness.
10. Hold weekly sales meeting, analyze sales and address problems, sales skill training for sales & shop staff
11. Establish a CRM system collecting, maintaining and updating customer database. Create a customer service platform tracking customer satisfaction, feedback for product & service improvement; offering a service of excellence
12. Educate, mentor and motivate less experienced team members
13. Set clear tasks for for sales staff
14. Provide sales skill training, product training
Requirements :
1. Hospitality/Travel/leisure industry/business administration management professional
2. Ideally, education level: college degree or higher
3. Strongly sales-oriented, positive and friendly attitude, self-disciplined
4. Flexible mind-set, can work under pressure
5. Excellent people motivator; good communication skills
6. Excellent and fluent command of English and Chinese, written & spoken

The German over 100 years-old bakery brand Lind has opened its 1st store in Shanghai's popular Grand Gateway shopping mall in Xujiahui. A traditional German family bakery business founded in 1905, Lind provides authentic, premium German bakery products, including rustic breads, fine pastry and delicious cakes, all hand-made freshly in the shop, based on traditional German recipes and led by experienced German master baker. Our main target group is middle upper Chinese as well as foreign customers. We plan to open more stores and look for competent and qualified people to join our rapidly expanding team.
