Senior Architect

Responsibilities:
1.Independently complete drafting assignments.
2.Assist senior level staff in developing a design strategy.
3.Strong ability to lead design team to complete the project tasks independently and to prepare reviews for the design directors when required..
4.Conduct research and analysis as needed for a project.
5.Compile data, perform design computations, and prepare plans and renderings.
6.Assist in the preparation of all phases of design, including concept development, schematic design, design development and construction documentation, as well as production of models, marketing material, and presentation packages for public/private review.
7.Attend meetings both inside and outside the firm pertaining to existing and potential projects.
8.Provide additional support to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Requirements:
.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
2. 3-5 years work experience, preferably in all phases of project design.
3.Promising portfolio of academic and professional work which demonstrates technical and detailing capabilities. Experience in urban design / planning and sustainable design a plus.
4.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills.
5.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office.work.
6.Experienced in working with Sketch-up , Rhino. Knowledge in parametric software such as Grasshopper, CATIA or Digital Project a plus.
7.Rigorous attention to detail
8.Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, multitask on several projects and to perform under tight deadlines.
