Our client is an international leading multibillion USD private equity with sector focus on General Industrial, Retail and Outsourcing Service sector. Owing to expansion of business in PRC market, the client is looking for senior executive candidates to handle the investment portfolios in PRC. The incumbent will directly report to Managing Partner in Asia and station in Shanghai.

Private Equity – Investment Director (Station in Shanghai)

• Lead the setup and fund raising of new fund in PRC
• Monitor the investment portfolios for the existing funds
• Develop and maintain relationship with senior local officials and business partners in various provinces of PRC
• Lead in preparation of financial model, project documents, research and analysis report, investment proposal, due diligence report, project information memorandum, tax planning and formulation and implementation of management systems

Requirements

• Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related subjects
• Minimum 10 years work experience in financial industry, at least 8 years of which in international leading private equity or investment banks ( with sector focus )
• At least 5 years Senior Executive experience
• Extensive sector experience in Retail, Consumer, Outsourcing Service or General Industrial will be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (fluency in Putonghua would definitely be a must)
• Can open to candidates who need working VISA
