English Teacher Supervisor & Liaison

We are looking for a bilingual/bicultural who can perform HR functions that include interviews, campus job placement & personnel allocation, act as cultural liaison and HR coordinator.
This position will require some travel. The successful candidate will have experience as a teacher and in school supervisory roles.
Experience in international schools, companies and in HR roles a plus.
A great position for a bilingual foreigner or Chinese familiar with Beijing and the needs of foreign teachers here.
Under the direction of the English Department Head, you will ensure all English teachers receive support and are implementing curricula to maximize student learning experiences.

NEW CLASSROOM SET-UP
MEETINGS
REPORTS (monthly, termly)
After-tax salary from 12k/m, based on your experience.
