In China, they have around two hundred staffs and have five product line covering cardiovascular, respiratory, gastroenterology and OTC. The company culture is young, flexible and open.

Due to the strong momentum of china business and to better control their business, the role of a ‘China Senior Business Controlling Manager’ has been created.

The ideal candidate will be in charge of:

• financial planning and analysis function including corporate reporting and business analysis by focusing on the channel distribution and cross-functional analysis ,
• liaison with departments to maximum the effectiveness and efficiency of reporting.

To be successful in the role, the candidates need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in financial analysis with solid accounting background, project management and audit background,
• able to diagnose and present massive figures to a simple and concise way for management decision and strong influence skills with effective implementation experience in a young fast-growing environment.
• Candidates with strong entrepreneurship and passion are preferred.
