Job description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated, hard-working secretary for the Chief Representative of our new office in Shanghai.
Your tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Organization and tracking of appointments
- Preparation of meetings
- Accompany of the Chief Representative on business trips
- Administrative tasks (e.g. answering the phone, update of file system)
- he/she is the right hand of Chief Representative
Candidates
Both Internationals and local Chinese
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years work experience at Western companies
- Ability to speak and write Chinese, English and German
- Eagerness to learn
- Proactive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Strong team spirit
- Readiness to travel
