Initial Shanghai Call Center Team Alignment – ENGLISH
Salary Range: 6,000 to 9,000 RMB ($1,000 to $1,500 USD) FULL TIME POSITION
(monthly)
Commissions: 2.00% of new account gross value (confirmed) $0 to $50,000
(monthly) 2.25% of new account gross value (confirmed) $50,001 to $100,000
2.50% of new account gross value (confirmed) $100,001 to $250,000
3.00% of new account gross value (confirmed) $250,001 and up
Commissions: 1.50% of repeat sales gross value (confirmed) $0 to $100,000
(monthly) 2.25% of repeat sales gross value (confirmed) $100,001 to $250,000
2.50% of repeat sales gross value (confirmed) $250,001 and up
Training: One (1) week paid initial training
Ongoing training sessions (group and individual)
Background: Sales experience necessary (telephone or consultative), computer literate, professional studies and US Culture familiarity, past team environment sales based employment experience a plus,
English speaking and writing skills required, Chinese a plus! (Ex-patriate status preferred)
Hours: Shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (1 hour+ break)
Duties: Make a minimum number of calls per day (on average) as assigned
Make a minimum number of new sales per week (on average) as assigned
Make a minimum number of additional deposits per month (on average) as assigned
Work diligently to absorb training as offered
Become engaged when you get a hello on the phone
Develop your sales and closing skills whenever possible
Work smarter whenever possible and be on time to work, ready to work
