Job Description:
We are looking for a candidate who has experience in online and offline
marketing, has managed websites and is passionate about internet. A suitable candidate would
welcome challenges, is innovative, organized and sales-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating marketing campaigns, plans and strategies –both online and offline
• Monitoring and managing website updates, functionality and usability
• Use web analytics tools (like Google Analytics, Omniture etc) to track visitor behavior,crunch numbers, produce actionable data and execute required actions accordingly
• Industry & competitor monitoring and analysis
• Assist in making pricing decisions and discount campaigns for various services
• Identifying market opportunities and taking appropriate action to tap them
• Planning and implementation of new campaigns that boost the sales
• Interact with various departments to improvise existing services according to client feedback, surveys and industry information
• Interacting and coordinating with the web-designers to make websites and other collaterals (brochures, fliers, videos etc.
• Assist in strategic partnerships or collaboration with related business
• Coordinate with the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team to improve relationships with existing clients
Pre-requisites/Key Characteristics and skill required:
• 1-3 years of online marketing experience
• Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and Pay per click (PPC) preferred
• Basic English written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills: MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical skills
Compensation:
USD 600-1000 per month depending on the experience and qualification (fixed component plus variable performance bonus 5% assured and up to 20%) The compensation provided ensures a good standard of living in a city like Mumbai (India).
You would even save money with this salary. Company provides you with subsidized housing rent and free breakfast in the office. Example of an expense in Mumbai-A lunch/dinner would cost only Rs. 80/-

Company Benefits:
• The company Car Service for daily pick –up from home to office only on working days.
Over Saturday/Sunday employee can book the car along with the driver within Mumbai
city limits. Gas/Petrol/diesel cost will be paid by the company for the first 80 kms after
which the employee would have to bear the cost
• Crimson Interactive provides free return air tickets to the employees to their home
country to meet their family & friends once a year. The benefit depends on the tenure

• Crimson will also appoint a doctor who can be approached by foreign staff for any
medical related issues. Cost of the treatment etc. will be borne by the employee.
• Crimson covers foreign staff with Medical Insurance of Two Lakhs INR (~USD 3500),
which can take care of at least one month hospitalization cost in India
• Crimson will provide ‘Free morning Breakfast’ to all foreign staff on working days.
• Crimson will provide a weekend entertainment allowance of Rs.500/- for each Saturday
holiday.
• Crimson will pay for cable TV and free internet connection at home. Internet access is
available at work
• Free English lessons held every week
• Yoga classes every week on Sundays, personal trainer will visit one of the guest house to
teach
• "Birthday allowance" of Rs.1000/- to the foreign employee
• Free/discount entry passes to Pub/Disco, depending on the availability of the offers
