Business Associate, online marketing

Job Description:
We are looking for a candidate who has experience in online and offline marketing, has managed websites, and is passionate about the Internet. A suitable candidate would welcome challenges, is innovative, organized, and sales-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assist in creating marketing campaigns, plans, and strategies–both online and offline.
•Monitoring and managing website updates, functionality, and usability.
•Use web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Omniture, etc) to track visitor behavior and crunch numbers, produce actionable data, and execute required actions accordingly.
•Industry & competitor monitoring and analysis.
•Assist in making pricing decisions and discount campaigns for various services.
•Identifying market opportunities and taking appropriate action to tap them.
•Planning and implementation of new campaigns that boost the sales.
•Interact with various departments to improvise existing services according to client feedback, surveys, and industry information.
•Interacting and coordinating with web-designers to make websites and other collaterals (brochures, fliers, videos, etc.).
•Assist in strategic partnerships or collaboration with related businesses.
•Coordinate with the Customer Relationship Management team to improve relationships with existing clients.
Prerequisites/Key Characteristics and Skills required:
•1–3 years of online marketing experience
•Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay per click (PPC) preferred
•Basic English written and verbal communication skills
•Basic computer skills: MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
•Excellent analytical skills
